About Sue Waechter

The Director of Cornerstone Consulting Associates since 1988, Sue Waechter has thirty-five years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector. Sue has expertise in strategic planning, board development, leadership development, customer focus, and chartering teams and her specialty is in the management of volunteer resources.
Sue presents the best possibilities for future development to her clients in areas such as improving board effectiveness, integrating system-wide strategic planning, organizational effectiveness through improving systems and processes, and effective communication through stakeholder analysis.
