What You Can Expect
Partnering with
you for long-term success, we combine your expertise
with Cornerstone's strategies to achieve a balance of people,
process and product.
This is our mission. We work with you to ensure that
your organization will be successful. Through our experience,
we have learned that organizations are most successful
when they balance their need for quality products and
services with effective work processes and positive
people interactions. Therefore, the services we provide
are in three main areas:
People
helping your staff or employees work together and with
clients more effectively
Process
helping you efficiently provide products or services
Product
helping you improve the quality of the service or product
you provide
Scoping for Understanding
The first step in partnering with you is to gain
a thorough understanding of your organization and your
critical issues. We want to understand your culture,
review your goals and strategies, and learn exactly
what can be done for you. A detailed
scoping process is followed to assure that your needs are understood,
and that our services are designed to have a lasting
positive impact on your organization. All this is done
before creating a solution. This allows us to fully
understand the context of your situation, to forge win-win
agreements on the expected outcomes of our work, to
understand and plan for any barriers, and to set the
stage for a successful partnership.
Measuring Our Impact
We want you to see the value in working with Cornerstone Consulting. Therefore
a year-long follow-up process is offered to measure the
impact of our work. Whether that work involves consulting
on key business issues, implementing planning processes,
or training employees, we want you to see a return on
your investment.
Cornerstone Values
We want to make working with Cornerstone a valuable experience
for you. Our associates are ethical, confidential and
knowledgeable. They have years of real world experience
and are confident working in a variety of nonprofit
and for profit organizations.
