What is Organizational Planning©?

For each of these questions (and many others), the development of an organizational strategic plan is the appropriate action for you to take. Yet formidable barriers can arise: it can be overwhelming to consider initiating an effort of this size. Previous efforts toward strategic planning may have produced nothing more than a plan that now gathers dust on the shelf. These and other barriers can prevent the successful development and implementation of a much-desired strategy.
